2. Services

The Yard Reapers provides residential and commercial lawn care services including mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal. Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and geographic service area. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Services may be booked online through our booking platform. By booking a service, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to authorize work on the property. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within your scheduled time window and will notify you of any changes.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Recurring service plans are month-to-month and may be paused or cancelled at any time with 48 hours notice prior to your next scheduled visit.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to suspend service for accounts with outstanding balances. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Property Access

By booking a service, you grant The Yard Reapers Lawncare Co. permission to access your property for the purpose of completing the scheduled service. You agree to ensure gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and the property is reasonably accessible on your scheduled service day. We are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions on the property or failure to provide access.

7. Weather Policy

In the event that weather conditions prevent us from completing your scheduled service, we will reschedule at no additional charge. We will communicate any weather-related changes as promptly as possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Yard Reapers Lawncare Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
